[OOC - When was I on the UN reports? I never knew I made it up into the top ten. That is sweet! And the reason you have never seen me post is because a founded my own region, called The Grenvali United (feel free to join if you like), about two months ago, and have not been active on these forums since. But I used to be very active, and allied with several powerful nations. Alas, I wonder if these alliances are still in existence? But anyway, when was I on the UN report?]

I've had dealings with Nikolaos many times before, sometimes we're friendly (I've sold him alot of military equiptment, we're in several alliances together), and sometimes less than friendly (we've fought each other on three seperate occasions).
