I have POWs, but they smell funny.
Hmmm. I require a $500 service fee for all funny smelling/ flatulent Prisoners. Injured/ ill require a $500-$10,000 fee (Depending on the severity) and $2,000 for any that need to be quarantined. All fees will be deducted from payment total.
