AS stated in ASEAN Post:
The people of Randomness by All would like to invite all nations of ASEAN to its first annual Hallow's Eve Party. There shall be plenty of acitvities to last through the night. Although there shall be no authorized drinking and smoking/injection/sniffing of anything (i.e.- mary jane, coke, crack, meth, etc...) there will be a rather large area for those who like to indulge in these activities. Hallow's Eve is viewed as an event where all animosity is put aside and a time to poke fun at each other in Randomness by All. All guest must come wearing costumes and will be submitted to the best costume contest and most creative contest. Winners will be awarded with 1 million dollars in the Winner's national currency. (for this reason, please list currency exchange rate compared to U.S. American dollars.)
For any concerned parents attending with children, there will be a seperate area for minors to celebrate Hallow's Eve. There will be moniter to make sure atht the kids stay in line while having fun.
If any nation wishes to bring its entire populace to Randomness By All's capital, Quanh Minh City (that's where the party is), They are more than welcome to as there is more than enough room. Randomness is already preparing a large secto of land surrounding the city and if needed, the area shall increase its borders. Currently, the area can hold up to 500 trillion million people.
Any other nations outside of ASEAN who would like to attend is more than welcomed to.
