On the 29th day of October, 2004 a massive protest broke out on Main Street in Dumanville, just outside the private mansion of Emperor Foxx Duman.

The protest was led by the group M.D.L.D. (More Democracy, Less Duman.) Many people waved signs speaking strongly against the nations current form of government & encouraging a more democratic style government. An effigy of Foxx Duman was even hung to a tree & set on fire.

Police were immediately called in to attempt to break up the protest. Mass chaos broke out. Four officers were mildly injured. Most of the protestors were taken into custody, however a few managed to escape.

Emperor Foxx Duman was not home at the time to witness the event.

Four men and one women have been found to be the leaders of the protest. By the order of Foxx Duman himself, they have been ordered to be publicly beheaded. Everyone else arrested during the protest will face prosecution by federal courts.
------------------------------

A crisp fall breeze blew by, as thousands of people gather in Dumanville town square where the beheadings of the activist leaders of the protest on the 29th are to be held.

A limo drives into the crowd. It is heavily guarded by police & military personel, armed with M-16's. The door opens, and out comes Emperor Foxx Duman. He has arrived to personally watch the executions. With the soldiers still surrounding him, for obvious security purposes, he is escorted to the front of the crowd.

A stage is set up & five guillotines are ready. Finally, after a long wait, the five M.D.L.D. leaders are brought to the stage. Each on is set up in one of guillotines. Five executioners, covering their faces with black masks, await orders. They all look at Foxx Duman. Duman, in a light voice, says "now."

Before the large crowd, the heads simutanisouly seperate from the bodies. Some people faint. Many cheer. Others say nothing and just stare emotionlessly.

Foxx Duman smiles at the sight.

If any of them are found guilty of helping movements against the current regime, they will face proper persecution. If arrested, they will be held on trial before a federal court. We will not show any mercy towards them & they shall be treated as any other radical like this would. This is a warning! We suggest that these 64 citizens not make the foolish mistake of supporting this movement.

We are also making , as well, an offer for these 64 citizens to leave now. We will even provide a private plane to ship them back to their homeland. If they disaprove of the way this nation is run, they should get out.

Finally, we are now closing our borders to any other citizen of Drum Gods. No Drum Gods Imperial citizen will be allowed into The Arctic Badlands, until farther notice.

Emperor Duman has declared that across his empire that anyone found guilty of public criticism of the government shall be beheaded.

Today, 30 more people who were arrested in the protest on the 29th will be beheaded in Dumanville town square. The rest will be executed throughout the next three days.

Across the empire, people have already been arrested for public criticism of the current regime.

ViZion condemns The Arctic Badlands' actions against the peaceful protesters. If you continue using brute force against peace, then you will only cause violent actions taken, instead of peaceful ones, against your government.

We also urge The Arctic Badlands to cease its hunting down of anyone who disagrees, or otherwise criticizes, its government.

Actually, the protest wasn't so peaceful. Once the police were called in, chaos did break out. Several protestors did attack officers. Luckily, only a few were injured, mildly.

This was not the first time this has occured. In the past we've had much more violent protests, including ones were people wre killed.

As of now, anyone who is a part of the movement to overthrow the current government is being considered a threat to national security.
