After trying to talk Hawaiin Islands down from attacking Draganovia over having a nuclear program, HI turned around with threats of nuclear attacks upon me and other nations. (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=369403)

Consider Vizon is holding the peace conference for the issue of the Sinearan/Holy Wars; Farmina questions whether it will still such a good idea. If Vizon isn't safe, I suggest it tell all delegates, on the appropiate thread; to turn around.

Disregard this. It turned into a nukefest, thus none of that war happened...
