President Black of Colodia demands you halt at once and explain why the nation must not become nuclear or we will stop you ourselves.

Preparations to transport 1 million men in the Army was made ready. Navy and Air Force units were naturally prepared to mobilized at any minute.

In an official statement, President Maybury of ViZion has declared its support to Draganovia.

"They have changed their views and will not sell their WMD's to terrorists or aggressive states. Thus, we must ask that HI stand down its threats and recognize their sovereign rights to have WMD's and sell them to respectable nations. Again, we urge you to stand down your threats towards Draganovia."

At the same time, ViZion's military, which was already mobilized due to recent issues with terrorists, is preparing to strike at HI if HI uses its military aggressively upon Draganovia. Draganovia has changed their views without any military actions, but rather by pressure. If you disagree with Draganovia, pressure him to change. But, we will not allow you to aggressively go after him with your military. We will intervene at your homeland if you do so.

techinically you cant block me in my own airspace. that includes above the earth.

OOC: Actually, I can. All I have to do is position a small number of ships in high orbit and have them positioned so any ship trying to get past them would be caught in a crossfire from my ships. The result would be quite effective and would allow me to shoot down any missile or hostile ship responses sent from the surface long before they reached my ships. It can even be done with a number of cheap but well-positioned satellites or even with an orbital platform.

If you want to know, that was a mild bluff. I have, at most, one ship in orbit and it is watching this conflict. It is mainly to make it look like I have more ships here than I do (would you admit to a possible enemy you only have one ship there?). The offer of a neutral ground still stands, though.

Remember: People can lie through communication devices. It's not an uncommon practice.

Look at the top of this thread page. That is what I fear the most, which may be the hazard to other nations.

The P.R.H would like to note that there was never a threat from Dragavonia issued to Hawaiian Islands before you declared war.

To declare war on a nation, and then say they are threatening you, is ludicrous.

The People's Republic of Hillyard will not tolerate a "pre-emptive" attack.. Preemptively attacking a nation to halt nuclear proliferation does not work and creates more blood, death, and destruction, not less.
