Hmm, we could all have this big RP as kids from our respective countries, and egg houses, or play pranks, or hang out in the local graveyard (The best thing to do :p )
But we gotta solve a simple question....

Not in mine. Due to recent law changes, either the police or the civilians would shoot you on sight. And now the civilians are being given military-grade weaponry to use for that purpose.

All the children of my nation dress up as "ghosts" for halloween, wearing white robes and white hoods.

Kids across ViZion, seemingly all at once, voiced their opinion in one word: "Here!" (ViZion)

But, with support also comes disagreement. Von Blood cemetery's (named after the founder. Strange name? Yes... Coincidence? We're still waiting to see...) head grounds keeper says, "Ahh, damn kids, always messin' up our lovely-looking resting grounds this time of year! Halloween get-to-gethers should be banned all together, no to mention these graveyard annoyances!"

And mine is especially hard to get to, not to mention that than Earth Modern tech nations couldn't participate.

If that is a problem, than any of the nations in my area are out of the question. They are all beyond range of most nations. But where?

We'd love to host it we have every sort of supernatural creature imagineable.

Currently in Phalanix the massive graveyard refered to as the "Glass Hell" (3 square miles of glassed land from the first and second civil wars) has been the most popular hang out for kids that don't go out for haloween. Shockingly several elite shocktroops have been seen with these kids. Other than that Paladin City is known as the best place to get candy due to the massive amount of people.

Heh you should see the Glass Hell. Sometimes when oyu look down oyu can see sent shells from the civil wars and sometimes human remains jsut below the glass.

Officially, my nation is curious as to whether the Orthadoxic Clerics are joking or just looking to see how much hurt orbital bombardment while several nations invade by land and sea can do.

We would offer our own lands up for such an event. Tombs of our most prominent leaders are very large and elaborate. Unfortunately, the poor children would be executed as soon as they were found out. 'Tomb raiding' is one of the only offences remaining here punishable by death... so I doubt anyone would want to explore them.
