"This is HNN reporting to you. Due to the recent Euroslavian mobilization which will lead to the instability of the Balkan region the Emperor, Nikolaos the Great authorized the biggest mobilization ever made in Greek history.

This is the recent speech made by the Emperor.

“I have got word that Euroslavia has been mobilizing its army and it’s been updating its out-of-date equipment. This will lead to the instability of the Balkan region and it will start a race between the Balkan nations. We are almost finished designing or new artillery and our new Hellas thermonuclear bomb is in its testing phases. Currently we have 4,000,000 soldiers on active duty. 1,500,000 of them are in the National Guard and the rest are Hoplites in the Phalanx Army. Our navy and air force are in a good condition and are up to date. Until now 50,000,000 people of the age 20-35 have been trained but are not currently mobilized. They may join the army from now but they will be expected to fight if war does truly breaks out. And this time it won’t be some small cold war but a all out war. I and my Generals have already started thinking out military tactics we will use. That is all for now.”

The Hellenic Army proudly announces the release of its new "Death Launcher" Multiple Rocket System HA-2.

The firing rage has been greatly improved by 198 km. The success rate has increased from 98.9% to 99.9%. The speed has remained the same and the rocket didn't change much. With this new rocket rocket artillery we will be able to fire missiles even further into Euroslavian lands. Here are the specs.

I am not attacking Euroslavia unless they do the first move or they become unstable and are a threat. And those 50 million are people that have received training and that continued there training even if the 1 year requirement was over. Its law that when a man or woman reaches the age of 18 must join the army for 1 year. Also not all of them will fight probably only around 800,000-1,000,000 will be drafted in.

OOC: Fair enough, while that was my main concern it also needs to be said that mobilising several million soldiers is something of a logistical nightmare... but meh, I guess I'll leave it to Euroslavia to deal with, I trust he knows what he wants out of this.

Euroslavia finds these threads laughable, and almost insulting. Our nation went through a revolution, therefore, we are re-building our military to prevent anything further from happening, such as yet another invasion by your nation. We refuse to halt our mobilization, and will continue to purchase arms in the defense of my nation.

Euroslavia will not cut down our military size. Currently, the conscription of soldiers in below 1%, and we find your request very uneducated.

What right does your nation have to come into mine and tell me what weapons I can and can't have? We are a sovereign nation, and refuse to let any weapons inspectors into our nation. The end result was a warhead which attributed these qualities by shying away from the theory that 'the higher you can stretch the critical mass ratio in terms of weight, the more explosive it is' - This meant that this warhead is produced using lighter lab made, highly unstable radioactive materials (that were preivously too unstable to use - but thanks to advancements in materials and electromangnets, this is no longer the case) to provide the radioactive core, and stretching the ratio of critical mass, while the low weight of the materials compensates for the massive amount.

With an incredibly high yield of almost 895 Kilotons, this is the most destructive weapon known to man. Its blast radius extends almost 90 Miles out meaning not just a city will be destroyed in the event of any attack. But every single surrounding town and village as well. This weapon has only been tested once in Underground laboratories, and thus, not much is known about the effect of fallout. Though it is expected that the fallout exceeds 250 Miles, and that the density of radiation in this area is enough to kill 73% of people within this area.

We do not find it very provokcative (sp?) if a nation begins restructuring or rebuilding it's military, unless the nation begins deploying massive amounts of soldiers and equipment to the borders of the neighboring nation. Plutonium is the only highly unstable metal (except Uranium)that can be properly modified for use in nuclear reactions.

Unless I am wrong, 1,000 Kilotons is a single megaton. The largest bomb ever detonated was 57 Megatons. If you meant 895 megatons, then you can be forgiven the mistake because you'd have killed the planet a couple millions times over with a single underground test.

Than that is MUCH weaker than your said "deadliest weapon known to man" deal.

It's also tactically a bad idea. Most modern day submarines and ICBMs's carry warheads with 100 kiloton bursts.

We have advance ICBMs so it will not burst. With the technology used and the materials in the Hellas VI its capable of such a destructive power if its 895 kilotons.
