To reconcile past differences, Comrade Patrick Maloney has sent an invitation to the leader of Russian Forces to secure some sort of agreement between the two nations, whether it be a non-aggression pact, a trade agreement, or just a 'starting over' shall we say, of our nations history. The Conference will be held Pyrynn, Euroslavia.

Other Communist nations are invited to attend the Conference, to discuss the peaceful promotion of Communism in the world. Delegates may stay as an observator to the RF-Euroslavic discussions on relations between our two nations.

OOC: Post in here, and me and RF will decide if you should attend or not.

Russian Forces agrees with your proposal. Vladimir Zhirinovsky is planning to come over himself. Some ministers will also come with him as well as several guards. We believe that our high officials will be safe in your hands and look forward to speak with your nations leaders.

Moscow air port is preparing for Zhirinovksy immediatly as Snipers and heavily armed guards watch for any suspicious activity. Many wish to see the downfall of Russia, especially its leaders so it is best to be cautious.

As his Lemozine parks next to a aeroflot aircraft. As soon as a KGB agent opens the door, Zhirinovsky walks out with a tidy military uniform. He walks his way to the plane as rows of loyal soviet troops stand in such a diciplined mannor. When he is at the hatch of the aircraft he says to his comrade next to him "This better not be a waste of time. Hopefully the new regime will be friendly to the party". When he enters, everyone clears the airfield and the aircraft makes its way to Euroslavia with Su-27 escorts.

Even though ViZion is not a communist nation, we have positive ties with both nations, and we wish to attend this confrence, even if it is nothing more than to personally applaud this outstanding move.

ViZion is extremely pleased with your moves towards a better future for both of your nations!

The Dr_Twist Government would also like to attend this Conference.

We would also be keen to attend this conferance.

Guffingford holds good relations with Russian Forces and Dr_Twist, so we would be honoured if we are allowed to attend.

i see no problem with all of these joining the conference. Most are allies but now, Russian Forces is in political crisis with Momanguise so it would be good to discuss about the crisis at the same time.

We concur with these sentiments. Let our differences be settled at the negotiating table and not the battlefield.

We agree that all of the above nations can join in the conference. Personally, I have good relations with ViZion and we would like to improve relations with Dr Twist, Guffingford, and Momanguise. Safety will not be an issue when your leaders arrive in Euroslavia. Due to our recent arms purchases, I don't think that anyone would dare trying anything, unless they want to see our new equipment in use :p

OOC: Just RP your delegates arriving in Pyrynn, Euroslavia, which happens to be in the heart of Euroslavia. It is the new Communist capital. The city itself is quite small, but very strategic in its location.

Tania Ormov stepped off the decommisioned MiG21 as it touched down at Pyrynn, now the capital of Euroslavia. She was faintly amused that Momanguise had been labeled as an ally of Russian Forces, the Azerbaijan incident suggested otherwise. A small city, Pyrynn was not particullarly impressive to the eye. However, she would reserve judgment. Now, more than ever, Momanguise needed friends.

The Soviet Aeroflot plane arrives in its destination. When the plane finally taxi's itself, Vladimir Zhirinovsky with a tidy Suit walks out with an advisor and several guards who carry AK-103's with them. A lemozine with soviet flags drives up to him and his group. Vladimir Lights up his cigarette and enters the vehicle. As he exits the the airport, he is impressed, seeing no advertisements but messages to to the people. He knew that Euroslavia is socially advanced.

The nation itself prepared for visits by multiple respected nations by putting up the flags of Euroslavia and Russian Forces, side by side, and the rest of either side of these two. They were equal in heighth though, due to the fact that all nations are considered equals, no matter the size of the nation.

The Comrade himself was waiting in the Conference room within the capital of Euroslavia, Pyrynn. The delegates of each nation were bound to arrive soon. Food and refreshements were being prepared currently, to give them all something to remember about Euroslavia, its delicacy.

Our respected diplomat Lord Templeton will attend. Due to personal matters our Führer cannot come himself and our apologies for that. Lord Templeton is now on his way to Euroslavia. What issues await us there are a complete surprise for us.

Tania and her two bodygaurds moved to meet Vladimir Zhirinovsky. She extended a hand, keeping Zhirinovsky in direct eye contact. She spoke with a calm and controlled voice, 'Comerade Zhirinovsky? My name is Tania Ormov, I am the diplomat from Momanguise.'

We support this conference having ties with the new Communist nation of Euroslavia, and being a supporter of the RBA. We hope all nations involved will live long and are all shinning examples of Communism.

Fritz Viechal, praised Fuhrer of Witzgall's great empire, stepped into the co-pilot seat of his modified F-65 ZFighter Jet that was custom made for him by Ciglo.

The jet arrives in Euroslavia shortly, due to the very small distance between Witzgall and Euroslavia. Landing in a VTOL manner, the jet shutsdown on a guarded airway outside of the capitol of Euroslavia. The Fuhrer and General Matthias von Hassenburg, the Fuhrer's brother, step out of the jet and walk over to the black limosine waiting for their arrival.

The limosine driver exits his car and opens the door for the gentlemen, and then drives off at a casual speed towards the conference room in Pyrynn.

"So...brother....who will be attending this meeting of our great ally?" asks General von Hassenburg.
"There are quite a few diplomats, many of which are most likely there already." replies the Fuhrer.
"Anybody we know personally, Fritz?"
"Not that I can think of. But, I have yet to hear of who the Euroslavian diplomat will be. I think we can bet it will be someone we know."
"Ah, yes. I love the setting of Euroslavia...especially Pyrynn!" exclaims von Hassenburg as he looks out his tainted window.

When Vladimir Zhirinovsky arrived at the conference building, he walked out of his limo and watches all of the diplomats and leaders. Vladimir Zhrininvosky who is a man likely to negotiate with a gun than talk felt if he was doing something so new to what he normally does. When Tania Ormov approched Vladimir, He looked into her eyes as if there is still uncertainty between the two nations. He shakes her hand and says, "A bad peace is always better than a good war isn't it Tania"?

We send our concern to the Lord himself, and hope that his personal matters go well.

The major airport in Arcadia, Euroslavia was well prepared for the arrival of multiples diplomats. Security was tighter than ever. Each wing placed 4 checkpoints before you can actually get to the take-off area. There would also be a 5th area where it is compulsory for a 'pad-down', and another metal detector. You are also required to take your shoes off, and your luggage would be scanned for anything suspicious. This was all in efforts to prevent anything horrible from happening to the diplomats, as Euroslavia would be held fully responsible for allowing it to happen.

From there, in Arcadia, a cab would then take you to a private train station, where only those who have a special pass can board it, and travel to the city of Pyrynn. At this point, 'colonization' if you must say, is limited in the city, due to the fact that Pyrynn was a fast growing city itself, but it cannot be allowed to grow too fast.

The Comrade looked over, within the conference room, and spotted the diplomat from Momanguise walking over to the diplomat from Russian Forces.

God I sure hope they can come up with some sort of resolution. We don't need yet another unneeded war in the world. Innocent men continue to die every day for a war over a few miles of land. It's quite sad really...

He saw the two shake hands, and from what it seemed like, exchange smiles. It looked as if everything was going well, and if not, its something that can be resolved in the actual Conference.

After having arrived in the Nation (I sped things up by just saying he has already arrived) General Cordia arrived outside the Conference building, he steps out of the Car with his Body Guards Protecting him as he walks up the stairs of the Building. As the General walks thought the Halls of the Building towards he comments to his Body Guards, this is a nice Building. The General and his Body Guards enter the Conference Room and sit down around the table.

Something eased and she nodded earestly, 'I am sure Comrade, I am sure. Whilst the peace lasts, we walk free. When it ends, we become slaves to destruction. Enough talk however, we will have plenty of time to discuss these matters. I will see you again at the conferance.' As she walked to the train, she keyed in a message into her pager. I am here. Then she strode off, basking in the early morning sunlight.

The Fuhrer and his brother stepped out of their limo in front of the conference hall and walked inside, where they met a few of the other diplomats from around the world. They smiled and nodded politely while looking around for the Euroslavian.

They sat down along side the rest of the delegates around a large table.

Vladimir Zhirinovsky took his seat in the conference room. He was one of the first inside as if he wanted to get this done quickly. Indeed he has many other issues to attend to as well. He looked at all of the members of the conference room thoroughly as if he was studying them.

Tania seated herself directly opposite Zhirinovsky, and immediatly launched into dialoge. 'Comrade Zhirinovsky, before the conferance begins I think we can discuss important matters. The first is the so called insurrection. What steps are the Soviet Government taking to prevent foriegn fighters crossing into the Free State?'

Tania.... all i can say is that these militia known as the RPA is not our work. However due to the chaos in rebuilding the country as well as maintaining order, the borders are not too well guarded. All we can say is that we need more soldiers to be placed in Soviet Azerbaijan to keep this order. Some of these rebels have been bribing our soldiers for weapons as well as stealing several weapons. we'll do what we can to stop them.

'We have found the situation stable enough to hold a major election, nevertheless if you raise the number of troops in Eastern Azerbaijan then we will match you man for man.' She paused, and lent back as she took a drink from her hipflask, then lent forwards, her voice low. 'We know that the insurgents are recieving Russian support. Prehaps not from Moscow, but Russian support nevertheless. Documents, confessions, radio transmissions all testify to this. Prehaps it would do you good to do all possible to crush this foriegn insurgency before we publish a document accusing the Russian Forces government of terrorism.'

Vladimir Zhirinovsky appears angered and responds in a louder tone. The Russian government knows that your nation planned beforehand to take azerbaijan and have the caucases all for yourself. It is better under Russian rule than anyone else. We can bring to these people others can not. We can bring free education,
a better life. This is something a azerbaijani would want and i wish to give to them. We established the RPA with the communist party before we even moved into Azberbaijan. We have already given them weapons so when the day comes, the country will be out of its troubled system. The RPA will break off to form its own communist force if we stand in their way. Without the RPA, Soviet Azerbaijan will be harder to control as well.

'So you admit it openly, interesting...' Something of a half smile played upon her lips before it was replaced by a stoney wall of indifference. 'Your assertions that we sourght to seize Azerbaijan by force are entirely incorrect. In the Free State the people have delievered a mandate for the governments rule, and in the Soviet Republic? Free education, free health care, transport, the trappings of a socialist society, we have given these to the Azeri's, and so much more! No corporations exist under the newly elected government, no exploitation. Anything you can give to the Azeri's we can match, though we can give them something you cannot and that is a legitimate government. As to the RPA, we view these people as terrorists. Your state may co-operate with them to your peril, so long as they remain within your borders. As to the Free State, any RPA member within her borders will be seen as a terrorist and will be treated as such.'

Vladimir Zhirinovsky responds " It shows you will occupy azerbaijan anyway! This so called 'Free' Azerbaijan is a load of crap. There is no such thing as freedom! Freedom is an illusion! Especially under momanguises rule!" The President then smashes the table he is sitting in front with his fist. "The Soviet Union in the past provided the azeri's with everything needed which we will. Society should be based on needs, not what we want. Im making all of the needs basically free for the azerbaijani people."

"This RPA.... they want the return of the golden age and rightfully so. They want to be part of something special."

Zhirinovsky then smokes his pipe and relaxes. Waiting for Tania's response.

'Really my dear, breaking that table will solve none of our problems.'

She reclined, staring at the man in front of her with a critical eye.

'I challange you to provide one example of what the Azeris in the so called 'socialist republic' have that they do not in the Free State.'

Zhirinovsky then replies," We have a better economy than your nation. While supporting free Azerbaijan maybe become a burdern, for us... we can throw money for people benefits so easily. I also will give them their dignity back. They will no longer have to be an embarrased nation in the world community who cant pay for toilet paper.

'Measured by the capitalist system then yes, of course you have a better economy. However, you should know how command economys work. If we wish to produce toilet paper, then we shall have a factory producing it. I can assure that the Azeri's in the Free State want for nothing, and they know that though there eastern brothers may have more consumerist goods, they have democracy.'

Vladimir Zhirinovsky watching as all of the members walking into the room to begin the conference, he asks Tania to save this for another time.

She smiled, and drew a chrome case from her pocket. 'Cigar?' she asked, taking one for herself.

The Fuhrer watched as the rest of the delegates slowly walked in. He began to count silently. His brother began to grow impatient as he waited for this conference to start.

Apparently, the General had places to be that were more important than here.

The General's cell phone rang. He picked it up to his ear, nodded, and then handed it off to the Fuhrer. The Fuhrer listened with a confused look on his face as the man on the other line told him it was necessary the Fuhrer left, and to leave the General in his place as a representative.

"Eh hem. Excuse me, my dear friends and aquantances (sp?), I must leave. I am sorry, allies and delegates, but something of dier importance has come up. I will leave my brother in my place as a representative to Witzgall. I assure you he will be...well behaved." the Fuhrer says.

She smiled, and drew a chrome case from her pocket. 'Cigar?' she asked, taking one for herself.

Vladimir Zhirniovsky then replies "no thankyou. My pipe is good enough for no and i need to quite smoking soon. "

'Suit yourself. I gave up smoking five years ago, all this things got in it is herbs and spices'. She took a drag, and then screwed up her face in disgust. 'Lousy piece of filth. Never mind though.' She nodded as the delegate from Witzgall left. Strange, she mused, that the Euroslavian delegate was no where to be seen...

The Dr_Twist Delegate sits back and drinks beer as the going on happens, However the Delegate is rather saddened that something like this had 2 be brought up at such a conference. (Ref: RF/Mom)
