OOC: I am Hogsweat.

The crescendo of artillery fire blocked out all talk, as the shell rained down on the Exkratastani outpost.
Commissar-Colonel Belchevitz smiled as the dummy station exploded, spraying fake blood and setting off a fire. The oepration was going well - the Exkratastani troops were dying and his "Buechorian" artillery fired again.

-Official Exkratastani News Statement-
Citizens of Exkratastan, alert! Alert! The Fascist Beuchorian's have attacked one of our outposts on the border. All of our troops were slain by the cowardly fascists before they could get a shot off by long range artillery. But do not fear comrades, our Hogsweatian brothers are at this very moment supplying our army with the needed materials and equipment to destroy the Buechorian presence in New Grace. For Exkratastan! For Hogsweat!

-Speech by the Premier of Exkratastan-
As you know, our troops were viciously slaughtered on the border. In response, I have declared a state of war between Exkratastan and Beuchoria. Our troops and tanks are at this very moment re-mobilising to combat the fascist threat. I will not let the peaceful nation of Exkratastan stand idly by while the Buechorian's assault our sovereignty! It has been only several days since our colonists landed on this continent, and already we are threatened!


OOC- Basically, as i landed colonists as Hogsweat, they founded a new nation, Exkratastan. Basically, the Hogsweatian's staged an assault against an Exkratastani outpost, claiming it was the Beuchorians and providing faked air recon pics. THe Exkratastani's have declared war and Hogsweat is dropping them supplies and equipment to fuel this war effort and see if they can grab some more land. The numbers may be slightly wanky for a 5 million year old, but its what came when Hogsweat took this colony over. heres some OOC innfo for you.
A division being 20,000 men.

OOC: I've been itching for a RP, maybe we could do more story kind of battle srather than "100 of my soldiers killed 75 of your soldiers"?Your decision, of course!

The border bewteen the Buechorian colony of New Schoepke and Exkratastan was bustling activity as hundreds of miles of heavy concrete walls were recieving their final touches. Soldiers laid out thousands of mines, prepared uncountable anti-tank cannons and machine guns. Everything was coming into place for the defense of Buechoria's only colony.

The following forces were moved into place under orders by New Schoepke Kriegarmee High Command:

Each division contains 10,000 soldiers.

10th Infantry Division
11th Infantry Divison
12th Infantry Division
13th Infantry Division
14th Infantry Division
15th Infantry Division

Each Tank Division contains 1,000 tanks.

1st Tank Division
2nd Tank Division
3rd Tank Division

OOC-Sure. We will have to erect defenses first, and then we can properly tell what happens.


"Comrades, work faster! The Fascists are coming for us!"
The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Rifles dug as speedily as possible, their spades churning up soil as the shallow lines became great trenches. Trucks rolled in, unloading their cargo. The soldiers set up bunkers, machine guns, artillery. The trenches were dug on top of a hill that had been named Hillock Exkrat - so as it looked down onto a valley, and again another hill where the Buechorian defenses are. [basically, there is a big dip between our defences. is that okay?] However, no minefields or walls were laid. Just long lines of bunkers and guns.

Meanwhile, in Exkrata [the capital] the first Hogsweatian planes came over with a low drone, dropping crates of rifles and ammunition for the Exkratastani military. Citizens cheered as a squadron Tu-160's soared overhead, deadly missiles prepped and ready to engage Beuchorian strategic targets.

Soldiers too paused from their work and looked up while the bombers screamed in the sky, launching their 216 H15 missiles at a Buechorian base. The war had begun.

[I just sorta combined story with information, but that IS alot of missiles]

The soldiers watching building and defending the wall looked in horror and awe as the missiles fell upon a nearby base, leaving only a crater of shrapnel and flames leaping into the sky.

"Jesus, these guys sure pack a punch... Alright, everyone to your stations!" barked an officer as the soldiers dashed around on the top of the wall, manning machine guns and Mk19 grenade launchers. The mortars in back prepared to launch barrages of bombs against the simple trenches erected by the Exkratastani. And above, Ka-52's hovered towards their targets....

"COMRADES! THE FASCISTS HELICOPTERS!"

Heads swivelled as two ZSU's were brought to bear, flak cannons rotating in the sky. Meanwhile, another squadron of Tu160's bore down, loosing tremendous amounts of free fall bombs on the main Beuchorian established capital.
