Why not just buy a F-22 Raptor? the stats are identical. And its a picture of a MiG-35 (http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/row/mfi.htm)
F-22 Raptor stats

Length 62.08 feet, 18.90 meters
Height 16.67 feet, 5.08 meters
Wingspan 44.5 feet, 13.56 meters
Wing Area 840 square feet
Horizontal Tailspan 29 feet, 8.84 meters
Maximum Takeoff Weight
Ceiling
Speed Mach 1.8 (supercruise: Mach 1.5)
Crew one
Armament Two AIM-9 Sidewinders
six AIM-120C Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM)
one 20mm Gatling gun
two 1,000-pound Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAM)
all he did was round up. come on man, I hate to be a dick, but some of us actually put work into our designs. I would have 100 freaking arplanes if all I had to do was take a picture of one plane and give it the stats of another plane.

Why are you guys being jerks, what did I insult you? Sorry if I did.

no, im not trying to be a jerk, Im just pointing that out. and another point o be made is that if you are new to the game, I should point this out.
As a new nation, you shouldnt really have the knowledge of how to build a fighter as soffisticated as the F-22. You would be lucky if you had invented Chainfed weapons yet. Again im not being a dick, thats just the way the game is played. Check out some of the other stores around and see how their weapons are done. If you want to see some of the aircraft I have made click the link to Dark Angel Industries in my signature. Then go to the Aircraft Division.

Or...
Or you can build your F-22s. People immediately start as space nations. As long as you have the economy, you can support this.

OOC: True. Go on. Sell the planes. What you're doing is right.
Blacktower, an October nation shouldn't go around developing F-22 Raptors?? What about 100 ton leviathans that have NUCLEAR REACTORS??.. I recommend you stay out of it. What's he's doing is fine.
IC:
The Dominion would like to place an order for 120 of these aircraft at a cost of $7,200,000,000.

I told everyone how I got the tech, as did tha nation who gave it to me. If he is indeed future tech then fine go ahead. I was trying to help him out seeing as how he is new as well. If you feel like being a knob everytime someone tries to help, I suggest you keep it to yourself. Oh, and it weighs alot more then 100 tons.
Again I did not realize that you are future tech, so sorry about that.
