The formation of the MTO
The United States of Alutia is declaring the formation of the MTO (Mars Treaty Orginization). While you may join if you live elsewhere it is strongly suggested that you move to Mars before joining this Orginization. All members must participate actively and this means via telegram if you are unwilling to join Mars.

glad to have your support. it is likely that the MTO will be going to war soon, but we wont be officially staing that until diplomacy fails.

As elected delegate of Mars the governement of Nerrethans officially joins the MTO and will go to war not with the MTO but as a member of the MTO.
