Five million colonists led by Major Exkrata have landed on a previously unchartered island and established a Capital - Exkrata. Major Exkrata was the head of the Exkratan Peoples Army, five divisions strong - 100,000 men.
OOC- I'm making a puppet for this, and the puppet will be this colony. If you invade that area, you invade Exkratastan. Okay?
