Czar Roger Fabus has declared, "Any and all Mississippians or white Commonwealth citizens that are not members of the White Knights of Mississippi of the Ku Klux Klan, will be treated as enemies of the state."
All persons not members of the WKM have been given two weeks to join the WKM pending their approval and background check, and the payment of their membership entrance fees.
The Czar stated, "This comes as a response to the vile anti-KKK sentiment in the world. The so-called "tolerant" leaders of the world are beating up on Klansmen and Klanswomen, most of whom are law-abiding citizens that just want to be left alone to believe what they want to believe and to raise their children to be good white Christians. If citizens, any citizens break the law, then they should be punished. However, I have never believed in collective punishment, those are the sort of policies of my father that I scrapped when I came to power. I believe in holding people responsible for their own actions, not holding a group responsible for the actions of a few. Punishing the entire Klan for the actions of a few Klansmen would be the same as punishing the entire non-white races for the actions of a few non-whites. Indeed I count some Arabs amongst my closest friends, thus I could not in good conscience punish the entire Arab race for the crimes of a few terrorists in Western Sahara."
Approximately 450 million of the almost 800 million citizens of Mississippi are in the WKM, and the Commonwealth citizens, approximately 150 million of the 300 million white citizens in the Commonwealth lands belong to their territories WKM realm.
