Port Royal, Roycelandia

A Minor Scandal has erupted from the Imperial Palace today, after revelations that His Imperial Majesty Emperor Royce I used a Magic 8-Ball to decide Foreign Policy on several occaisons.

"You know, the last time I checked, I am the Emperor, and that means I can do whatever the hell I like. Look, it's even in the Constitution. Article I: It's Good To Be The King. And that includes consulting a Magic 8-Ball." His Majesty pointed out to a Press Conference this morning.

"Besides, are you trying to tell me you've never used a Magic 8-Ball to make a decision?" His Majesty asked the assembled members of the Press.

"Uh, No, Your Majesty" seemed to be the Consensus from those present.

"Oh. Well, effective immediately, I hereby decree that Everyone in the Roycelandian Empire must use a Magic 8-ball at least once a month to make a decision. See? Problem solved. It's good to be the King, er, Emperor..."

OOC: I should mention that the things in Italics down the bottom aren't "Choices", like in a Choose Your Own Adventure book or whatever- most of my initial posts in II are made in the style of a story in a Newspaper, with the italics representing "other stories" in the paper.
