Policies

1- Must be quite a new nation

2- Must attack other nations when a nation in the alliance is threatened, or at least provide weaponry

3-Must place trade embargoes on nations at war with other nations in the Black circle

4- Must not persecute satanists or witches

5- Must only go to war when the harmony of one of the Black circle is threatened

6- Treaties must be offered to retreating enemies

7- Nuclear weapons may be stored, but must not be used unless at least one country in the Black circle falls into enemy hands

What will be this alliance's views on fascist and racial superiority states? For we, the Confederation of Greater Islands will not associate with such filth. This is not as important of an issue, but imperialist and members of the UN are not greatly trusted.

We do not force our beliefs on each nation in our circle- they have have what policies they desire- however no such groups exist within the Black circle at the moment

I have a few questions about the policies of militaristic countries.

1) Does your fifth policy limit all actions of a member nation, or just those actions affiliated with this group? I may be called to send my soldiers into war often, and not always for you.

2) Does your sixth policy apply to all actions of a member nation, or just those affiliated with your group? This relates to some of my warfare requirements that may pop up with other treaties and alliances.

3) How do you feel about nations using their military power for expansionistic, though into uninhabited areas, goals?

4) How do you feel about a space-based nation?
