First. We're inquiring as to why you have such a large navy developed. The NW TRT is the only waterline you have access to, and a limited one at that. It seems rather excessive. Especially considering all routes to or from your ports, none of which are warm water and likely to be frozen most of the year, are completely ineffecient when it comes to rapid deployment.
Regarding your Moon Base, in terminology not preffered by the Ministry yet highly effective in conveying a point, "Wtf?" What is its purpose? What are its capabilities? We're just curious as to why a Moon Base is in Commission as there's nothing of... Importance, on the Moon. Or so we seem to think.
This buildup will be watched by the Fodian State.
