I have realized, on this fine day. That our nation is at danger.

A Horrible danger, something that must be solved quickly. Our nation is at risk from land attacks. From the water and beyond. So, on this very day, I sign a bill, enacting the Underground Conserative Moving Act.


This bill, will enact that within less then a YEAR! We will have moved nation-wide, to atleast 500ft below ground. At the rooftops. We will be safe due to several layers of Titanium and Steel and other metals. Our Trade will suffice and still grow, as we will move our crops underground. Our below ground, will be like your lousy above ground!


We will be safe! Safe I tell you! No one will ruin our plans. We will use Solar to catch ourselves. We will recycle the water, from those that take showers, from those who die.

I leave you, in thought. For, this is our future. It will work, and we will protect our young, middle-aged and Seniors.

IC: The Imperial Senate is assessing Jurrik's decision and has come to the conclusion that it's almost a total waste, a sufficient missile defense system all over strategic points around a nation would be suffice to any attack from sea or air.

The Communistic Nation of Jurrik's Council has decided upon a offical depth to stop at and spread. The depth is deemed at 3.10700 miles deep. To be done further, when better mining equipment is found and assessed at how deep further we can do. Not even a BunkerBuster can go that deep. All missile systems have been accounted for, and the only one that might stand a chance, is a Nuclear Warhead of 3megatons or more. Maybe. Our scientists are still running the Calculations.

Head of the 'Underground Conserative Moving Act.'

As of late today, the 'Underground Movement Act ' has been completed. The tunnels and movement of Structures has been completed. Filters are installed and the Movement has begun. In the Millions, peopel are being designated houses and being established in that zone. Weaponary is underground also. There are only selected above ground exits, that are only revealled to Government officals to allow in Trade-zones.

For now, Scientific specifications will be disclosed to all parties.

But currently, the Nation is stretched out, and built upon! We are proud of our people! This act was carried on by two leaders. Two very proud leaders, through, it took time. Many died, much blood was spilt, but we are proud of this. We have protected our people.
