Our advanced citizens and robots have been working hard to open the new HUMAN BATTRY, it is a large pod that the prisoner sits in, they are then straped down. Then they are zapped with plasma, which after going through their body turns to electricity, but all the electricity, passes through them, this means that they are in agony but still live. The main advantage of this is that a small amount of plasma (which we can get hold of easily) can be converted into a lot of electricity, but unfortunetlly we haven't got enough criminals (only 20!). Therefore we are asking for any nation that has criminals to please send them to us, we would greatly apreachiate it, and it also means you don't have to keep them and therefore you would save taxpayers money which could go to a better cause (like your pocket!)
