Present Day Comatica

A colony was discovered in the Barrow Sea recently. Colonization has begun for the Empire of Comatica, but we have decided to break the island into 6 parts. Then, other nations could colonize, and it would create a whole region.
If you wish to colonize a part of the island, please RP your landing.
Options:
#1-This is the largest part of the region, aside from the Comatic colony. There are many bays and sheltered harbors, perfect for an avid shipbuilding nation, or strong naval force.
#2- A good sized part, on the south side of the island. A little less than half of the land area is mountainous, but is also home to one of the tallest mountains in the world, which has the potential to attract thousands upon thousands of tourists a year. The Gulf Peninsula also has the potential to be a nice vacationing spot, because of subtropical conditions.
#3- Fairly flat, with many plains. The shore is lined with beaches, and it makes for a good vacationing spot also, because of warm temperatures.
#4-It’s a little small, but the delta makes for excellent farmland. Also, it is right near a large shipping lane.
#5-Although it is the smallest in land area, it is a good part to colonize. It is composed of 3 main islands, and a little over a thousand small islands. It is smack-dab in the middle of a shipping lane, which is particularly good.
When this island is full, then make a nation, I.E.-The [Your nation here] Colony. You are then eligible to join the region, The Colony Island.
