With Quetzalcoatl winning his re-election bid, plans are underway for his Second Inauguration. World leaders and foriegn media reporters are corrdially invited to attend this event, but we request they RSPV before hand. Please send the names of your delegates and a general description of them. We also request that if your delegates will be flying in, please come into Tenochitilan International Airport, or if you are comming via ship, please dock at Mazatlan Sea Port or the Veracruz International Seaport Authority.

The Inauguration Day has been offically schedualed for November 3. Many congressmen waiting for the Soviet Congress to reconvine are going to push to make November 3 the permanet inauguration day for every following leader.

Also, the Congress shall reconvine on November 1. Congress has been in recess ever since the ratification of the new constitution, which was last month.

In regards to weapons restrictions, there is one restriction. Firearms and other guns are prohibitied in the ANL in the hands of civilians. However, considering the lack of security personel, we are willing to make and exception.

The Premier of Neo-Soviet Russia, Adin Estrdige would like nothing more than to make a presence and witness the second inauguration of Quetzacoatl.

Patoxia would like to ask permission to send ambassador Tawadi Xindchi Tagoga (OOC: Tawadi is a title, Xindchi is the family name, Tagoga is the given name) accompanied by a few junior diplomats to attend the Primer Quetzalcoatl's inauguration. Xindchi is thirty two years of age and is a member of the Tawadi class. Xindchi shall be wearing a white uniform of our diplomats in addition to the red cape of the Tawadi.

Since you may be unfamiliar with our customs we shall explain. The Tawadi is a noble warrior class similar to the Knight or the Samurai, they are among our most cultured and literate citizens. Like most Patoxian higher classes one is not born into the class, young students who show promise in the schools are transferred to a Tawadi academy to to be taught and trained, the select few who pass a number of test become Tawadi.

We would like to enquire about the current weapons policy in the Aztec National League. Our diplomats typically carry swords at their side as part of their formal wear, if the ANL objects to this they shall attend without the swords.

Our diplomats shall be arriving by a state aircraft at Tenochitilan International Airport, should we be approved.
