unfortunattly...but were really just a bunch of friends and only cause chaos and genocide in war..

Could be a new age GDODAD but to be honest you are going to run into a hell of a lot of opposition.

ViZion wishes to warn the NoD and its members that ViZion will NOT tolerate genocide. We see nothing wrong with your possessing WMD's, as you have a sovereign right to that. However, we must warn all nations considering joining NoD to realize what kind of danger they are putting them selfs in by joining a pro-genocide alliance.

Again, ViZion will not stand for your committing genocide. Subtract the genocide from your alliance, and I will have no problem with your alliance, and I feel the same goes with many other nations, large and small.

Dont worry, Genocide is what happens ONLY to nations were there citizens also take up in arms, Then we fear we can not stop it from occuring.

Yes, agreed. Now, since you're alliance is pro-WMD, that too may cause problems, as there are alot of nations who feel they should be the only ones allowed to have WMD's, but you have a sovereign right to possess them. You'll have my backing (and many other nations' backing, too) if there are nations who attack you for that reason.
