(We are right now DECIDING to ban gay marriage/actions and kill all gay people that live in my Nation, so we are not sure. I'm stuck in between to whether I should legalize gay marriage/actions and not kill gays or ban gay marriage/actions and kill all gays.I know it sounds like I will ban gay marriages/actions and kill all gays in my nation, but I'm really stuck to whether I should legalize ir or ban it.)

We'll see no children being born, only men plugging other men in each other's--err and women having sexual intercourse! How inhuman!"

"Of course you do! You should! All of you, but in respect for the Emperor, I shall let him speak," confidently said Nazomi

"Well, er, I think..err..my son is gay," said Minister Awaji

"What! You...you have an inhuman son!?" yelled Nazomi as she got up from the table staring right at Awaji

"Well, err, I'll do something about it," replied the scared Awaji

"You better! I swear if I see any gay person or couple on the street, I shall shoot them with an AK47 and make sure they die to He--"

"Enough now! We know you, Nazomi, is against homosexuality but what shall the other nations think? Imagine what happend to us with China will happen again!" interupted Emperor Khan

(By the way, I'm liberated under the response of Xiaguo and I'm my economy is up and is booming and my army and navy is making is making great progress)

"Yes, yes s-sir," staggered Nazomi

"We shall decide what we shall do, ban and kill gay people or let them be free, I shall take a vote, and then decide on my own if I want to legalize or ban gay marriage/actions and kill gay people or not."

"Yes," replied Nazomi, "Who votes for banning gay marriage/actions and killing gay people?" she narrowed her eyes on Awaji; the one with the son who he "thought" was gay.

"I do"
"Me too"
"I agree"
"So do I"
"Ban gays!"

Five replied came but the other five, including Awaji voted to legalize gay marriage.

"This is absurd! Over 6% of our population is gay and there are more growing, we should--" said Nazomi but she was interupted by the Emperor.

"Five vote yes, five vote no, now, it is up to me, I shall decide what my decision is. To either ban gay marriage/action and kill all gay people or legalize them all, you shall eventually know. You are all dismissed," said the thinking Emperor.

"Yes your Majesty," said Nazomi as she got up and left in a hurry.

You might of approved, but I haven't, I'm still stuck between whether I should ban gays and kill them or legalize it.

I know it sounds like I want to ban it/kill gays but I'm really stuck in between and I can't decide whether I should ban it or legalize it, I'm waiting for other nations opinions.
