The Happy Biomass

The following is an official warning for citizens of other states willing to visit the Free Land of the Happy Biomass in near future, jointly prepared for you by the Department of Joy and Happiness and the Department of Tourism of the Brain.
Today, a new law was introduced, banning all non-authorized reading on the territory of the Happy Biomass. A large number of books have been declared illegal, and owning any of them, or trying to smuggle them, on the territory of the Happy Biomass is a severe criminal offense punishable by death penalty (executed by reprocessing the offender's body into raw material for food production plants, without anesthesia). Furthermore, the Department of Joy and Happiness had instituted the system of organized reading, where citizens are given instructions on which book and chapter to read daily; reading a wrong book, or not reading any book at all is a criminal offence punishable by 2 years as a test subject in the Department of Joy and Happiness research centers (the sentence is served fully even in case of offender's premature death, using offender's body as needed).
However, in the interests of multinational peace and communication, the Happy Biomass decided to make a gesture of goodwill: foreign visitors of our prospering country are relieved of the requirements to participate in the "organized reading" campaign, and can refrain from reading any literature, although we still encourage them to join us in our harmonious movement towards perfection. However, reading any non-prescribed books, or owning any books in the list of banned literature, remains a criminal offense, punishable under law.
We urge the governments of other nations to relay this important information to their citizens at once, to prevent any unfortunate incidents.
