Today, the Invincible Empire of Roach-Busters' population has at long last surpassed the one billion mark. To commemorate this historic occasion, President J.L. has announced that a party will be held in the Presidential Palace tonight to celebrate. All world leaders and their spouses/significant others (if they have any) are invited. Security will be provided free of charge, though each guest is permitted to bring up to 25 of security personnel of their own. Over 10,000 types of food will be served, complimented by over 780 types of wines, 900 types of beers, and over 2,000 other alcoholic beverages. Moreover, milk, chocolate milk, strawberry milk, 75 types of fruit juices, and more than 200 types of soda will be available for guests who refrain from drinking alcohol. Please notify us if you wish to attend. Thanks for your time!

The Psovian President wishes to attend the event, though it is illegal for statesman to attend foreign events that could involve confetti, size D batteries, or an abundance of Kidney Cream Pie. So in his stead a totally non-state related commoner of Psov will attend. His name is Fregorio Niuchaniv though his name is unimportant. He works in a puzzle production facility, is married, but has no children (for which he will be punished). He was randomly chosen from 434,000 other names (since 434,000 is the presidents favorite number). He will be accompanied by Psovian Security and is forbidden to partake in any festive activities. Upon return to Psov he will be awarded state honors for service to the president, and then hanged for leaving the country without his spouse whom is detained for sleeping 1 hour longer than the allowed time. Psov wishes to thank Roach Busters for their invitation to the International Community, and the President has sent you a Cherry Pie, A pair of fuzzy slippers, a propaganda pamphlet, and assorted chocolates.

Speaking of fireworks, can we bring ONE shot? It will be a 72 inch shell in a specially made mortar using 7200 pounds of powder, lithius, magnesium, Cessium, zinc, copper, and thermite (small bits). We suggest that this shell be shot over water and that nobody be within 3 miles of the blast radius.

OOC: I most sincerely hope you are kidding considering you evidently weren't around when we had the real greats (not saying RB is not an excellent RPer, just that there are those who have been around much longer and are far more established). Wishik isn't my only nation; I have others that are way more active so I know who is a good RPer and who isn't.

Besides "best and most respected RPer" is a matter of opinion, not of fact.

Yeah, those were some pretty good RPs. But the "Overexcited Small Nation" part was the way of conveying my nation's inherent, condescending attitude towards those it deems inferior (just about every other country). Hehehehe
