With the year 2049 as the new Communist government, the time was reset. After thirty years of Dorsal's reign, he has ordered a Conscription act. The Conscription act allows:
All men at age 18 to be sent into national service training for six months.
The right to call up these men in Times of War ONLY
The neccessity that these men be equipped and trained efficiently.
The right to draft homeless or citizens that do not have a job into the army at any given time.
The right of tourists or long-term visitors NOT to be recruited into the army
The Conscription Act has, in two days, given the mobilisation order of an extra 10 Divisions, or 200,000 men.
