Decisive Action

For the first time in years, foreign media was allowed into Western Sahara and Mississippian Egypt.
(Cut to foreign reporter) "Mississippian Egypt, a land of great wealth, indeed she contributes over two and one half trillion dollars a year to the Mississippian Federal economy. But where does that wealth come from?"
Cut to scenes of the massive governor's mansion, over 100,000 sq feet in size. "We're here with Mississippian Egyptian governor-general John Tallmadge... The owner of Tallmadge Industries, a conglomerate that includes oil, coalmines, tobacco farms, munitions, and automobiles... He is worth over 500 billion dollars..."
Cut to scenes of an Arab township, about ten miles outside of Alexandria, "And here, a township of eight million Arabs, together, they are worth less than four hundred million dollars, or about fifty dollars each, at the most..."
The footage reveals the crowded slums, a shack 20x18 housing a family of six. No running water, no electricity, no paved streets, and people drinking water from the same ponds they urinate and defecate in.
"This is John Tallmadge’s idea of separate but equal..."
When the mayor of the township, was asked how much the government spent on the education of each Arab student, he shrugged, "A hundred dollars a year, at the most..."
Cut to scenes of an Egyptian school, a massive collection of shacks, about 100x90 feet in size. Over four hundred students crowding into the poorly light, unheated, basically a non-power shack. The “school” was equipped with only one textbook per fifty students.
"This is considered a fortunate non-white school."
Cut to scenes of the “Republican Guard Youth Military School” (male only) in Alexandria, the school is more like a college, intended for youths aged 14-18. The compound is on a very aesthetically pleasing 800 acre plot of land, with excellently maintained gardens and flower bed.
The commander of the school was asked a few questions.
(Reporter) “Sir, thank you for seeing me, a few quick questions… How many students do you have?”
The man shrugged, “I’d say probably three thousand…”
(Reporter) “What is the teacher to student ratio?”
He quickly answered, “About one teacher for every fifteen students.”
There were only two more questions, “How much does your school spend per student per year, and what are the entry requirements?”
He immediately replied, “We receive over fifty thousand per year in commonwealth and federal funds to educate each student, and we receive about a hundred million per year in private donations… So we spend probably well over one hundred thousand dollars per year per student…”
He chuckled, “Ah entry requirements? The usual…” He then nodded, “White, Christian, male, heterosexual, fit condition, intelligent, demonstration of loyalty to the regime… children of party members and WKM members are given preference…”
The reporter thanked the commander and then left.
“Next we go live to Western Sahara… Stahlecker City and then East Stahlecker Township…”
