Other
The Immortal is being used to replace the aging JOAP tanks still used in the armed forces of Sigma Octavus. The Immortal is designed for concentrating firepower in a single spot while shrugging off huge amounts of damage. Designed with strength and defense in mind, the Immortal is made of a reinforced titanium. The engine block is guarded with thick titanium and a layer of depleted uranium.
The Immortal has a basic AI involved in it's system, allowing for the lowest required crew. The AI takes up the job of keeping the Immortal's various systems running. It deals with the reloading and changing of shell types. There is a manual overide installed incase the AI malfunctions or breaks.

They currently aren't for sale. None will leave the country until a certain time.
(It's about twice the weight of a M1A1 and has about 1000 more horsepower. It will move. It works. Honestly.)

Heh, ever since the Admiral A-1 Mk III came out, seems like a trend of new heavy and superheavy tank designs has started.

(I actually missed that Admiral tank. I'd heard things, but never really knew what it was. I made this up without seeing any others. I guess that fads in NS start simultaneously by seperate people.)
-edit- Oh yeah, the bolo. I remember now.

the A-1 easily out classes this so-called "Heavy Tank"
(ooc: and there is no way a 2400 hp engine could move a tank that heavy at 45 mph, unless you got some sort of after burners on that thing lol)
Outclasses it to the point of it being so slow, it's useless. If that's what you mean anyway.

Well, I'd actually agree with this. See what happened to the Tiger - it shot a lot of Shermans, but in the end, tyhe immobility and the cost of manufacturing, costed the Germans an ultimate defeat. I'd say SO's tank is between being total immobility and being practical. Also, don't forget about fuel (for those of you who are still using older gas-consuming engines).
I'd also agree that there are a bit few armament on this tank, and I'll recommend adding at least a few .50cals, and perhaps a 20mm or 30mm auto-cannon. The 210mm won't do anything at infantry from very close ranges, nor is it too practical when you want to deal against light skinned vehicles (keep in mind that you don't have infinite ammo).

the A-1 is useless? I think not lol
Its designed for Base assault and anti-tank warfare. You get anything within 7000 meters of it and boom, its dead. end of discussion.
if you mean his is usless, I also disagree. I just said its outclassed in this instance. it is a very good tank. Just wanted ot get a bit of publicity :P

and the A-1 runs on a MNFR (mini-nuclear fusion reactor), so no need for fuel.

Well, as much as I would love to send my Armies overpriced TOW-food, I much prefer the lighter Aegis Defense Systems HT-38 exclusive to the Caldaron Imperium.

I'm concerned about the range of this tank.
Given that it's supposed to cross roughly half of the lower 48 of the United States on a single tank of fuel and hydrogen is notoriously hard to store, what kind of hydrogen based fuel is being utilized on this armored vehicle?
Also, considering that the ideal (maximum) operating speed of any engine is highly inefficient; is the range of this vehicle at full speed, or at its most efficient operation?

If you are interested in light weight armor, I suggest you check out the A-3 Talon light assault tank in my store, Dark Angel Industries

Yay for advertising in another mans thread...
You know recently Communist Louisiana declared war on a nation for this?(though I have to admit any nation who does that has to be pretty dumb)
what sort of equivilent RHA value does it have? (either the original tank or that mobile bunker...)

Ooc-
My T-98s and T-98Ws were called a godmod, and they weren't even this well armed... My T-98 sports a 135mm main gun and my T-98W is 140mm... They're heavy tanks and have the weaknesses that very heavy tanks would have. But lamers still call them godmods, I guess if you dont like something, just call it a godmod, even if it is a reasonable weapon that has realistic strengths and then the realistic weaknesses inherent in those strengths (Heavy armor = less speed and maneuverability)
Overall, I like your tank, good job!

OOC:Please, please stop advertising in my threads. Do it again, and I'll report to our friends, the mods. Of course my tank has weaknesses. My nation is one of the most advanced modern plus nations around, and I've been working on getting hydrogen fuel to work since the time of the first NATO (two summers ago). The main weakness of the tank is that it has horrible defenses. That's why it's heavily armored. I'm going to roleplay it with plenty of support. It's not very effective without it. Now I'm going to go in and change the speed and range. They are a little high.

I have never read anything saying that was against the rules, but whatever :P
as I said before, nice tank, and good job with the pictures. What program did you use?
