Have stated repeatedly to be fighting against corrupt capitalist nations, ultra-religious nations, and above all those who would deny basic rights to Communist supporters. Only one major attack has taken place to date, and it was in Tenarius.

The Carpathian States
Within Euroslavia, although, they've committed attacks in other nations not long ago. Their goal? It's simple. The destruction of Euroslavia and its allies. A fragile cease fire was signed not long ago.

Donathon-Loyal Fascist of Nycton - uknown, Rogue military and guerilla's still loyal to the Fascist regime. They came to be a terror group when Alexander Donathon II, the dictator of Nycton died of a bloodclot from the heard to the brain. The Imperialist took advantage of this and convinced the Fascist Minister of Defense Field Marshal Greninger(Now a proud Imperialist, still minister of defense) to take power over the Fascist. The marines and army attacked the capital held off by Donathon's 250,000 Stormtroopers, Donathon's personal army and almost 60,000 loyal fighters. The fascist struggled to find a new leader, as a 3 month battle ensued. The fascist toppled, and the capital was moved to Nycton's largest city. Small attacks and sabatouge has only took place, but Nycton intelligence is still finding terror cells, and from what is told now, they are planning something big.

Brotherhood of Axwarve - Major Vincent Vercetti, Rogue military group that broke off from the early control of Fascist of Alexander Donathon I. The group migrated north and formed into a warlord like group controling small portions of the country. The group has been a major cause of crime, drug sales, murders, weapons smuggling. The Imperial government has taken little action to subdue the warlord, due too it's very elite, loyal, and intelligent, 50,000 man military, with moderatly outdated equipment.

Perhaps you might call the militant wing of the WKM (White Knights of Mississippi) a terrorist group, there are 450 million Mississippians in the White Knights of Mississippi of the Ku Klux Klan, but only 20 million of the 450 are trained elite paramilitaries. They form the militant wing, The WKMCK (White Knights of Mississippi Crusading Knights) the 20 million paramilitaries are largely trained in guerilla warfare and counter-insurgencies, internal security, not particularly intended to be used in the same role as say my nations elite Republican Guard Armored Divisions.

Rumoured to be in the pay of the Glemte Hagen government they are yet to strike but are rumoured to use car bombs and public shootings among their methods, their aim is simply to cause misanthropy and confusion before the Hagens full and official invasion begins.

Due to this, the confederacy disbanded the team in name. The original numbers put membership at 25, but conservative estimates put thier numbers around 200 now.

Purpose: Topple the government of Evinsia, replace it with extreme left-wing government.

Activities: Random shootings, car-bombings, hostage-taking, torture, rape, mutilation, assassinations of government officials.
Background: A leftist group. Membership estimated at 1,000 members.

Attempted assassination of CEO of Purdue Farms, which produces chicken products, in USA. All members apprehended and in jail.

Notes:
They are based somewhere in Non-Order, but the police force has been disbanded, there is excessive freedom of speech, and the very liberal society does not oppose them, making them impossible to capture except during an operation.

Elite Guard -- Commander Illor Markus -- To retake the country from military rule and reinstate the Monarch -- All over Gorkon, illegal foreign bases suspected but not confirmed.

Former elite division of the Gorkonian Military almost fifteen years ago, the Elite Guard were responsible for defending the Monarchy against all threats, internal or external. When the Military proper took offence to having their budget cut, they revolted against the Monarchy, killing the Monarch and establishing a military government. The Elite Guard, their motto being 'never give up, never surrender', took the news poorly. They began launching strategic attacks against the Gorkonian Military and actually came close to defeating the somewhat weak hold the Military had on the nation, capturing several key military installations. This was until the Military, with the aid of foreign nations such as Camewot, fought back and drove them into submission. It was believed that they had all been destroyed until attacks resumed some years later.

Since then, the Elite Guard has been operating underground. Recruiting disallusioned citizens and training them in their own tactics, the Elite Guard has been launching terrorist attacks upon Military and civilian targets, spreading anti-Military propaganda, and targeting civilian installations such as private hospitals or factories, in the interests of destabilising the country enough for them to take charge and reinstate the Monarchy. Their current numbers are unknown, although Shadow Squadron has had some success in eliminating key personnel in their organisation. Their leader is a certain Illor Markus, former commander in the Elite Guard before it was destroyed. Although so far they have not attacked foreign nations or visitors, several attempts have been averted -- their aim being to drag Gorkon into a war we cannot win and seize control in the ensuing chaos. Elite military training, extensive tactical and strategic knowledge, highly experienced veteran leadership and access to hidden weapons stashes all over the country makes them highly dangerous. Bounties are out on several key members, including Commander Markus himself.

Summary:
The People's Liberation Army is a relatively new organisation started in November of 2004. Whilst it still seems that the group is in the planning stages of organisation, it is widely belived that their scope of operations will not be limited to any particular area of the world and intends to model itself as a global organisation fighting for political, social and economic freedoms.

Little is known of the three main people heading the organisation, however it is generally believed that Garibalidi was once the instigator of a coup de tat against a monarchic nation of which he was in service. The military government collapsed and Garibaldi dissapeared.

Fist of the Red Star: The paramilitary arm of the sole political party in Necros-Vacuia, the Party of the Red Star; the original Fist of the Red Star was the Communist revolutionary movement that toppled Arron Kopalan, fascist dictator of Necros-Vacuia. It has since been co-opted to an organization that uses both propaganda and terror to achieve the goal of spreading its ideology.

Organization Leader: Unknown. He is referred to by the codename "Engel", and is apparently of Hammani ethnicity.

Area of Operations: Thought to be worldwide, but confirmed reports have them concentrated in those nations on the western coast of Necros-Vacuia.

Tech Level: Modern, though from time to time more advanced weaponry will be granted by the Dominion government.

How To Recognize One: FoRS members usually wear black, fairly close-fitting clothing, with quite a bit of body armour and telltale red IR visors. They also never remove their gloves or masks while on a mission.

About the only thing Nemh has are assassins, which work for the Thanes and the Overlord. And unless a group is planning to eradicate their pagan culture or somehow interfere with the booming goatherding industry, they rarely use them.
