Decisive Action

Secret-
In Jackson City, in the secretive and mysterious People's Ministry of Justice, a man was being tried. The bailiff said, "raise your right hand, place your left hand on the bible, and repeat after me."
The man shook his head and refused, "No, I won't swear anything on that book... My hand shall never touch a bible."
The judge sighed, "Agree or I shall hold you in contempt."
The man shook his head, "I don't recognize the authority of this court, you have no authority over me, only the laws of science and reason, and they are what governs my actions. The laws of nature dictate that if people were constantly killing each other, we'd be in chaos and anarchy, I don't need church morality to do the right thing."
The man continued for about twenty-six more minutes, finally the judge sighed, "shut your damn mouth or I'll hold you in contempt."
The man started to say, "Again, I don't recognize the authority..."
The man's speech was abruptly cut off when the judge signaled the bailiff with a hand motion and the bailiff fired two 45 caliber rounds into the man's chest, the man collapsed, but managed to shout, "There is no god except science!" before being shot in the head.
Public:
Mississippian newspapers and the White Peoples Radio and Television Network have discussed the reasons surrounding the man's death. Official government position is "Failure to comply with reasonable demands from a legal federal court."
"A man, aged twenty-six, refused to comply with reasonable requests from a court of law and instead insisted on wasting government time by attempting to preach a deviant viewpoint. Federal trials cost the government approximately two hundred thousand dollars per hour, and this man rambled on for thirty minutes, more than more trials are even allowed to go. Thus he was held in contempt and summarily shot."
