A hurried professional, riding his bicycle from his home to his workplace, allegedly dropped a piece of paper when encountering a sidewalk. He was halted by a nearby magistrate, who returned the paper to him and thereafter, without due procedure, scolded the professional for his failure to properly secure his cargo.
The event is being considered by the town council. While the magistrate has already apologised for her actions, a disapproving frown is expected to be administered as an incentive not to act so rashly again.
