The Grand Duchy of Quentol Makes Wicca It's National Religion
As of 5:18 QST (Quentol Standard Time), Wicca is the official religion of the great Grand Duchy of Quentol.
Millions of people poured into the capital's street's in celebration at the news that the Duchess had finally signed the bill to make Wicca the national religion. People all over Quentol rejoiced.
The Duchess herself was raised Wiccan, and 99.2% of all Quentolis are Wicca. The other .8% are atheists, as most other religions are frowned upon by the government and society in general.

Our Nation of District 268 welcomes all religions, and does not have a national religion because we believe in the seperation of church and state. We hold the right to choose one's religion to be one of our great freedoms.
The Duchess never intended to sign such a bill, but there was protest two weeks ago urging her to pass the bill. She didn't want her people to lose support in the government.

The Royal Family of Castillanos congratulates the Quentol Government by uniting the 99% of Quentolians by making the move to having Wicca the official religion. However, we do have concern over the .8% of non-Wiccans living in Quentol. It is in our best interest that this .8% be treated equal among all other Quentolians and that the nations government let all people be free to study their own religions without any negativity.
The other .8% that are atheists are treated as equals. There has never been and never will be Christian, Muslim, or Jewish religion in our country.

We condem Quentol for lowering itself to this undefineable abysmal void of complete lunacy. Let Mississippi be warned that Quentol is a member of Zoogiedom's region, and any Mississippian presence within the waters of the Isles are most unwelcome.
Mississippi shall observe Quentol's national sovereignty regardless of difference in beliefs.
OOC: Any severe human rights violations can and will be dealt with internally. Everyone else, stay the heck out of Quentol's business. I will have no unwelcome foreign presence in the Isles' waters.
