Nations, I am Lord Gohmess X’ili Jormungand I, leader of The Empire of Lord Gohmess I. We, as a nation, have recently rallied a group of pre-allied nations and have moved them into the sky islands of The Great Archipelago of Asuga. The main purpose of this region is to ally together a large group of nations with the ideal of promoting the strengthening of our leagues of allies, whether it may be through peaceful self-betterment or the invasion of hostile nations.
The Great Archipelago of Asuga is an open region that will promote aid to our allies and the pooling of our economics as needed. The Great Archipelago will focus, as a whole, on the military and economic betterment of nations occupying the islands. Anyone interested in joining is allowed in as long as these guidelines are strictly adhered to:
1. Any capable nation will willingly give aid if another regional nation is attacked.
2. Any nation with a reasonable amount of money will pool their economic resources when one or more regional country is in need of economic aid.
3. No nation is to provoke or engage in war or battle against any other regional country.
4. All ties with enemy regions or nations must be severed immediately.
Any violation of the rules will result in immediate ejection, without guarantee of re-entry.
The governing of the Great Archipelago of Asuga will proceed as follows: Any nation whom is dictated as a representative will be the leader of a group of nations, whom he will name. The nations with no dictated regional political power will be given one voting credit for each issue. All issues, laws, etcetera, in order to be set into effect, must be presented to Lord Gohmess and approved. Violation of this rule will result in immediate ejection. Representatives receive two voting credits, while Lord Gohmess I receives three voting credits, as founder of the region. All issues, laws, etcetera, will thought up (by anyone) and presented to the various groups of the non-representative government. After they have finished their debating of the issue at hand, they will formally present the issue to the representatives. After the representatives finish their editing of the issue, they will present it to Lord Gohmess I. If it is approved again, an election will begin, involving all members of the region. If it is disapproved, the issue will go back to the non-representative government, beginning the process once more. If it is disapproved by Lord Gohmess I again, the process will stop, and the issue will be abandoned.
