Jerganslavia

October 24th, 2004. Rementhus, Jerganslavia, 36 miles due north of the national capital, a shocking discovery was made. Mrs. Kitty Jones, a young, famous marathon runner, was out on her daily jog. As she was going along, she found that the road that her favorite route was on, was closed for construction. She had anouther route that ran through the hear of the city's park, that she decided this would be a nice detour from the bustling city. About 30 minutes into her run, she heard a rustling sound over in the under-brush. Being the target of 4 previous assassinations, Kitty became very paranoid. "It sounded like someone in heavy gear, possibly carrying a weapon..." Kitty states. As she went deeper in the heart-of-the-park forest, she heard the sounds more and more, "...as if multiple people were following me." She ran faster. She started seeing shadowy figures, some of which seemed to be following her, some of which melting off into the shadows. She ran full speed, trying to dodge the low branches and high roots. She looked around, and panicked. She was surrounded. Except in one direction, which she broke into run at. She looked back, just for a moment, and tripped over a treeroot. She hit the ground, which felt hard as steel. She fell unconcious. She woke up outside of the forest, ripped of all money, identification, and valueables, which, hence the paranoia, she always carries with her. Something seemed strange to her, though. At first, she thought it might be a group of pranksters or thieves, but she found a hole in her pants, which seemed to cleanly be burnt through. " I went in for an analysis of the burn, and sure enough, it was a rare chemical," Kitty tells us, seemingly traumatized. "I knew it would have been a better idea to get this matter investigated first, but in my cowardice, I fled to the police." A police investigation was filed the next day, and surely enough, what was found at the area where Kitty crashed, would produce enough awe and fear to last for years. "We found a base," Alex Dementhes, head of the RCPD recalls, "And in that base, were weapons. Weapons of mass destruciton. And in those weapons were germs. Killer germs." Currently, a millitary storm is underway, and a national search is underway. WHat seemed to be a randomly placed millitary base, was actually found to be in a very strategic location. "Since the nation's capital is at the ocean, the missiles could be used to drive us to sea, and when there, commence a major naval battle," As I stated today in my national address, "We're searching for anything else."
