Today the many citizens of Pentova looked on in awe as the second Pentovan sattilite, codenamed Jupiter II, launched off from the Dowery Military/Aeronautics Base in Iko Chichu yesterday afternoon. We now go to footage from the launch earlier.

As you can see, the launch went off without a hook, and PASE (Pentovan Agency for Space Exploration) spokesman Jon Dingle had this to say.

"Today is a glorious day for Pentova. Not only does it give us the means to further explore the universe which we live in, Jupiter II also gives the ability to transmit communications and entertainment farther than ever before. This opens a new age in Pentova's global economics and politics."

Jupiter II reached orbit earlier today, and is geo-sychronous orbit with the erth as we speak. The two sattilites, Jupiter I and II, are expected to pass each other one week from today, and by combining their two images, we can create the closest thing to a crystal clear birds-eye view of Pentova. They are now holding a press conference to answer any questions there might be about either of the Jupiters.

*Clears throat* "Any questions?"

"Do you have further plans for your space program? Military use perhaps?"

Eventually we plan to put a few miltary sattilites into orbit. These may have the ability to launch weaponry, but we do not know when as of now.

An Allian Journalist Snaps a question at the press conference.

"So you can Get a crystal clear, birds eye view of pentova huh ?, what's to stop you from getting this same image of another country ?"

The Fuhrer sat in the Zitadelle pondering the newest anouncement from pentova. He ordered an aid to send a message to the newly space bound nation:

To Whom It May Concern,
As I'm sure you are aware of, the Fascist Confederacy has numerous colonies on Earth. We also wish to notify you of the wel inacted Fascian Airspace Act. The act states, that no foreign craft may enter Fascian airspace. Each colonies airspace lingers above the atmosphere, and above orbital range, thus creating a security block that satellites may not pass through. We know you have no intentions of foreign espionage, we would just quickly like to remind you.

It is true. There is nothing to stop us from changing the orbital patterns and obtaining images so clear you can see actual people of other countries. How ever, if like Facist Confederacy, you can enact a law of airspace restraint, and unless we go to war, I cannot legally disobey that law.

That is accepted, but what are the chances that the system could be corrupted, hacked, stolen.

What if someone else could control your technology, for use of spying on other nations. What do you have to stop that ?

IC: The only possible way the chip could be duplicated is by an experianced Cell-grapher, which, convieniently, are all employed by the government. Also, if someone did manage to duplicate it, the system has now been updated to take a DNA sample with the chips.
