This is a Pact for all Celtic and non-Celtic nations that wish to join. (I didn't have a name for it so...) It states that if war breaks out we shall help one another. If famine breaks out we shall help one another. If anyhting happens really we shall help one another. There is only one really urgent matter to discuss. There shall be no war between the Pact members and all allied nations that do not join the pact will not be helped in times of war by the entire Pact some nations may help others may not. Also we will not help an allied nation or Pact member if they go to war for imperialistic reasons on their part. If any nation does this they are out of the Pact and all nations that aided them that were in the Pact are out of the Pact. The real goal of this Pact is to stop the growth of imperialism.

Will you accept Greek/Roman Nations? Our people are a mix, and have that tech level. If so, we shall join.

Yr Widdfa will sign, but shouldn't there be a limit on who can join. As it is any nation could join and then go so things that we might normally intervene with, but our hands would be tied.
