Would you allow a Parthian Embassy in your nation in return for an embassy in Persepolis?

Though we have one question, what is your policy on alcohol and tobacco?

Most certainly we will accept an embassy. However, would you also be interested in trade? I could use some uranium. We freely allow both alcohol and tobacco however drinking and driving as well as operating any other machinery while under the influence carries a very severe penalty, often the death penalty. As far as tobacco goes, we allow it but suing a tobacco company is off limits because, as we like to say, "You knew the risks and were just stupid!"

Unfortunately at this time we feel you are too small of a nation to be in International Zone.
