Welcome to the 1st Nationstates Olympics. I, Kochbald, will be the host country for the I Summer Games. Since we are in the Southern Hemisphere, our Olympics will be in February. (Starting Feb 1, 2005.) Submit your bid for the 2005 Winter (Either Jun/Jul or Nov/Dec depending on your hemisphere) or the 2006 Winter or Summer. If you want to have an NOC, list your nations name (either it's full or short one, whichever you want to go by) and a 3 letter abbv to go by for short, which must be related to your name, somehow. If you do not post an abbv, or it is taken, I will choose. We will start the RP for the actual games on Feb 1, 2005, but you can mention your athletes as soon as you join. Participants

As you can see, the 2008 games are already underway, and I'm bidding for the summer games in 2012. You should bid for the 2010 winter games.

A version (I hasten to say a 'version', as there's obviously nothing truly official on NS) of the '2008' NS Olympics is being run currently on the NS board by Kaze Progressa and The Belmore Family, with help from a few others, including myself.

Does Kochbald? Probably not. Kaza2008.tk is the 'official' website, where scores and shedules and such are posted first by the hosts and their wonderful Excel Sheet Scoring programs.
