Yeah, I meant to say sceptre. It's probably because I've watched the 007 movies so many times. ;)
Our Prime Minister is 16 years old, just shy of 17. Our people live an average of 83 years. Marriages are legal if at least one of the applicants is over 15, and in Pacitalian society it is customary to marry sooner than later. As well, it's the Prime Minister's duty to marry or be married by the age of 20.

Actually, no. Thank you for bringing that up; that is one thing I forgot to mention. Even though only one of the persons in the union has to be over 15, it never happens that way, and if it does, the person is only 1 or 2 years younger.
