(a) Defend each other in the event of attack from an aggresive nation,
or coalition of nations. As the founding member of the region The Nomadic Peoples of Tortology reserves the right to disregard any clause of this treaty should they desire to do so. The current UN delegate also may exercise this right. In the event of an attack upon one nation of the region by another, members may utilize discresion in determining which nation is to be defended.
(b) Conduct trade between each other in the spirit of the free market. Goods may be freely passed between nations, providing they are not...
-Harmful in nature either to the people, environment, values government or economy of the recipient nation
- Illegal in the recipient nation.
The Nomadic Peoples of Tortology reserves the right to disregard any clause of this treaty should they desire to do so. The current UN delegate also may exercise this right.
(c) Consult all nations within the alliance before initiating diplomatic relations with nations outside of the alliance that may effect other members of the alliance. Should any nation disregard this clause, it will be expelled from the alliance for a period to be determined amongst the remianing nations.
