Hello, I am Comrade Yuri Gogopov. As you know, my nation has always tried to give financial aid to those in need. That is why today we have announced the creation of a credit agency. How it works is like this.
You apply for a PE Credit Card with this form.
Name of country: (Self-Explanitory)
Card Type: (See below)
Age of nation: (Self-explanitory)

To pay using this card, tell the shop owner that you want to, and give him the link to here. He will take the amount off your card and charge me. I will then charge you interest and give you time to pay it back. The interest rates on your card vary depending on card type.
Platinum Card: $100 billion Spending Limit, 5% interest.
Gold Card: $1 billion Spending Limit, 4.9% interest.
Silver Card: $500 million Spending Limit, 3.4% interest.
Bronze Card: $100 million Spending Limit, 3.0% interest.
Iron Card: $1 million Spending Limit, 2.5% interest.

This would be ideal, except most young nations cannot support the resulting militaries anyway. You would effectively be annexing hundreds of nations using this. Wait, that sounds like a good idea...

Is there a minimum each month?

There is no minimum for spending, but there are inactivity costs. If you do not spend on your card at least once a year (NS. = 1 RL day in my opinion), then you are charged a flat $5,000. Any more questions before application?
