Map tools?
Map tools?Anyone know any good ones?I don't mean stuff like photoshop though... i tried finding the old post but I couldn't find it.

get a blank map of a country and just...use paint and add cities
Paint just plain sucks.And is no good for planets. I tried autorealm but that's just annoying.
Eh, paint works pretty well in my opinion actually. Check my map (Link is in the link in my profile). I did it entirely with paint and I think it turned out fine. Although it's just a political map... nothing special.
As for planets... I can't help you there...

You could try Campaign Cartographer.. but i dont know if you can do planets with it..

So many useless links.Google is a really blunt tool.
you could use a game that has a map-building mode and then take screenshots. Civilization 2 is a good example.
