There is widespread riots in the streets outside Government buildings all over Blacktower this morning as Government officials have made it very clear that severe fund cuts will be occuring in the next few hours in such departments as Health and Education. The funds are to be moved to Defense, so that a Large and powerful navy can be purchased to defend the waters around Blacktower. Civilians are outraged and have begun an organised protest outside The Dictators 20 acre estate. They are held back by a large number of Military and Police troops.
