Greetings, I'm General Chang of the Klingon Empire. We have long been in isolation and are coming out of the shadows. We need to purchase some arms. Mainly planes, ground stuff, and ships. We are warriors and strong in combat. We believe in honor so we will help those who provide us with arms. Many humans are against the Klingon race so we must defend ourselve.

With the Final arrival in service of the CFN-16 Terrier the last CFF-9G Harriers belonging to the Crookfur Fleet Air Arm have been retired.

As a gesture of good will the Crookfur government would like to offer 12 GFF-9G harriers and 2 T-14 Harriers (training version) to the Klingon defense froces as a gift.
These useful multirole fighters should provide a good starting point for a fledgling airforce.

it is hoped that the Klingon procurment system woudl keep Crookfur Arms in mind for future purchases.
