Camel Eaters

Close to eight thousand years ago a large grouping of Celtic clans migrated to what is now present day Camel Eaters the Celts mixed in well with the native Bedouin tribes. Both cultures had similar values and began interbreeding.

After the original settlement by the Celts and a few hundred years of Celtic/Bedouin cooperation a small Visigothic tribe fleeing before the might of the Generic Empire encountered the mixed tribes and settled there adding their language and customs to the mixture that already existed.

The Visigoths refused to mix with the other native tribes and so set up very small slightly inbred communities. Using their assorted magics the Visigoths tried to rise up and conquer the other tribes. They were defeated at the battle of Tantilla. All of the Visigoths that participated in the battle were killed. Today the Visigothic population makes up less than one percent of the people in Camel Eaters.

After the horrendous battle that claimed so many lives Camel Eaters was open to attack. That attack came in the form of the Kashma. These semi-nomadic conquerers spread like a disease spreading quickly conquering the defenseless nation.

After two thousand years of Kashma rule the Hannari, a local nomadic population made up of Celtic tribesmen, raised an army and went to battle the Kashma in their own homeland. The Hannari suffered minimal loss after perfecting the art of guerilla warfare. The Kashma were destroyed and what was left of them was abosrbed into the Hannari. This is how we came to acquire Kashmir.

After many years of relative peace a violent overthrow in the government due to terrorist action killed off the Garzivonni family who had ruled Camel Eaters for many thousands of years. The Hannons assumed control of this high responsibility in their stead.

And thus modern Camel Eaters was born.

I'm no historian or anything, but I'm pretty sure there weren't any Celts or Visigoths 8000 years ago. I could be wrong, of course; I just googled it quickly.

I can't remember any of the websites off the top of my head but I've spent the last three years of my life studying Celts early and modern.

Well I highly recommend a History of Ireland it's got a huge pre settlement timeline filled with Celtic facts.

According to legend the first outsider who encountered my people commented on how the natives feasted on camel and that's where the name came from.
