Secret IC: It was a quiet a dark day on the island of Qo'Nos. Chancellor Gorkon was talking to General Chang, his chief advisor. It was storm season on the Pacific Ocean, where the island existed.

"So it is time to open up," said a dissapointed Chang.

"Yes," responded Gorkon. "Our nation has been Independent without foreign relations for centuries. But, if the Klingon Empire is to fluorish as Kahless the Unforgettable prophesised we must open up. It is time that we look elsewhere for energy and to help our economy. Our military is a joke."

"I'll agree with you there Chancellor," said Chang.

"We are KLINGONS!!!" yelled Gorkon. "Our military needs energy and to get that we must look out. We are warriors, yet we aren't respected. We shall end that."

"I'll agree with Chancellor," said Chang. "You will have to make a statement to the world.

Qapla'! I'm Chancellor Gorkon of the Klingon Sol Empire. We are seeking to have open trade with some of you fine nations. Do not be alarmed by our appearance. OOC: I'm not going to enslave Earth or anything of the kind, I'd get my ass kicked. I'm going to have fun RPs (like Civil wars between the Houses and maybe even have the Duras house try and overthrow me.) I read all the stickies so I hope my RP is acceptable to experienced users.

This got explained to me yesterday we have oil we haven't used and there's still people pumping it. One of those science dudes told me about fusion power and how it's the anwser but I had no idea what the guy was talking about so we have oil and we want it out.

The oil is coming in more then we can give out almost for free to cheap bastards who are using old cars. Damnit a good car is only 7000 Ways, they just won't listen to the commercials.

I really need to read one of those "books" everyone keeps talking about...
