Mr. Brian Hyland stepped upto the podium, in front of dozens of microphones. Adjusting his glasses, he shuffled his papers and prepared to speak. His Colleague Mr Nikolaas stood behind him.
"As you presumably know, Hyland-Nikolaas Industries is now a $1.8 Trillion company. With these resources, we wish to produce newer and better weapons of war. In order to do this, we will hold several demonstrations, open to all nations. USCNE and USRA will be supplying crews for all systems. An entrence fee of $50 Million is all that is required to compete against our weapons." Hyland stepped down and moved aside for Mr. Nikolaas.
"Area's available for competition are: Interceptor vs Su-52, Tank vs M-88, Submarine vs SSN-994 /w Hyland-Nikolaas Munitions, Fighter/High-Altitude Bomber/ICBM/Cruise Missile vs. ADLP-8 Celtic SAM system. Feel free to mix it up a bit as well."

Both designers take a step back, nod their heads and depart to eitherside.

No Live Weapons (unless you REALLY want it. In that case it'll be $10 Billion charge.)
