A group of New Exodus generals have reviewed the Divinebolt missile and have declared it to be an excellent, nay, superior design. We would be exceedingly interested in purchasing construction rights (not for re-sale, of course, but for the purpose of replenishing our own ammo stores) for whatever amount you would deem appropriate.
--Michael Haase, New Exodus Colonial Commander
OOC: OMP? So there would be no way to replenish our supply of these missiles without buying more directly from you?
Production rights for such a high-quality weapon will run in the region of $150 Billion.

New Empire
22-10-2004, 01:16
OOC: No, New Exodus is OK. I'm in OMP, Jax has a bad status with us, he's blacklisted.
ooc: An Alliance that NE is in that prevents sale to Jax.
ic: Order is back on, production specs have been transfered.

It's called exaggeration. Although I should have expected from your response that you take everything far too literally. The OMP put restrictions on you because your puppets were attacking members. Everybody knows, and you have said it yourself that they're your puppet, and therefore it validates my argument. There. You have just lost. I stated my reason earlier, and you have validated it through your statements.
And since you were flaming first, stop crying like a baby and take it.

Um, first, of course my puppet was put on restrictions. Its a terrorist organization LMAO. Second, just because its a puppet doesnt mean Im using it as a puppet-wank, its a VALID puppet because it isnt shipping everything to my nation and its a terrorist org. Third, why would OMP put JAXUSISM on the restrictions? Theres a valid reason for it : 5+ nations have been accusing Jaxusism of supplying Jaxus Nine. Its called roleplay. You have just lost. Now please, regain sense and calm down. This isnt a flame-war. And Im not the one crying like a baby.

"Um, first, of course my puppet was put on restrictions. Its a terrorist organization LMAO. Second, just because its a puppet doesnt mean Im using it as a puppet-wank, its a VALID puppet because it isnt shipping everything to my nation and its a terrorist org."
First of all, you're starting a whole new argument. The OMP put restrictions on you because Jaxus is your puppet. Only one person suggested the supply link, but the original reason is because you have the same owner. That is my argument. And since you have the same owner, my reasoning is valid. Just face the fact that you can't disprove the reason I won't sell to you, and get over it. How can I make this simpler?
I won't sell to you.
Reason= Jaxus is your puppet.
You= Said Jaxus is your puppet.
And I don't care if it isn't a puppetwank. That's not the point. The point is above. If Jaxus is your puppet, which we both know it is, I will not sell. We were in mutual agreement on this.
Now I'm not the one complaining about the sales or the language, am I?

Roman, considering your young age, you are unlikely to be able to afford full production rights.
Inshallah, the programming of UCSNE and Artitsan SAMs allow them to be fired without modificaiton, but for an extra 10,000 each we can program them to your systems.

Yup. I told you. We don't sell to puppets or affiliates of nations if they're in conflict with the OMP.
And the Organization of Martime Powers doesn't have a leader per se, it's an organization of nations who are known for their naval technology and systems, but is also involved in antipiracy actions.
Can anyone give information on buying aircraft for an airforce?

What's your point?
Your puppet attacked, so we decided not to sell to your main nation either as an OOC decision. There are non public boards, you know. And out of board conversations and TGs. It's common sense. And if you have any, you'll stop complaining.
EDIT: Overall, the attacks were the IC reasoning there behind that. The OOC was also a factor behind it. So, either way, I have a good reason not to sell to you, so stop complaining and leave.

Id like production rights to the DivineBolt, Artemis, Banshee, Kraven and the Kangeroo.
uh... 5 production rights? Gonna set you back $750 Billion...
The Republic of Kyanges is intersted in purchasing the production rights for the BetHB-666 and the Kh-97E Kraven.
If they are availible, the Republic will Wire the correct sum immediately.
OOC: So, are they available?
