Good evening fair business men and women from countries abroad. Today I would like to ask two questions. One to normal middle classed people, and one to corporation owners. First, have you ever dreamed of owning a part of a sizable corporation? Well now you can by purchasing stocks. How it works is I buy stocks from large corporations and sell them to you. By owning stocks you are entitled to shareholders meetings, and more. The second question is to the corporations. Do you need a way to jumpstart business financially and advertisement style? MierTech is willing to put their stocks on the Pentovia Stock Market. Prices for Type A Voting shares is currently at $100, while Type B Non-Voting shares are at $50. There is a limit of 1bil Type A shares, and 2bil Type B shares on those shares bought directly from MierTech. This stock exchange is taken as an intermediatery, and so the Pentovia Stock Exchange may purchase more that this limit, so long as they are for different nations/corporations.

We would like to put up for sale the stock in two of our nations companies. However we are only putting up 48% of each company for sale as stock in order to keep 51% in control of our Dictator Paul 'The Mad' Silver and 1% in control of his close personal friend Col. John Leary.

The maximum number of shares of RSIN for sale is 500 equal to 10% of the company. This is only for one person though. You could buy more from other share holders. The total of that is $94x500=$47,000. $5,000 of that goes to me, and $42,000 goes to him. Is this purchase acceptable?

OOC: I noticed, and my theory is that companies that are actual, real, customer usable places sell more, thus, storefronts are the best sellers.

O, me and Lethlisivania came up with a compromise. He is going to get 49% of the stock, which takes all of Col. Leary's stock. In order to even it out though, the Dictator is tranferring 2% of his stock to the Colonel which makes it 49% Leth, 2% Leary, 49% Dictator Silver. Carry out the sell.

I dont know, lets just say that he paid for the 8,000,000 through me so that is 8 million shares at $42 per share.
