Your request has been approved, and as per your wishes, the three helipads will be able to handle transport helicopters of your choosing. Sarzonia wishes to initiate an embassy exchange with the Dominion of Greenmanbry as a NATO ally and fellow Victoria Alliance member. As a country already in good standing with us as a trusted ally, you would receive a prime location in our capital, Woodstock.

Of course, your request has been approved. A place has been reserved for Sarzonia in Block CD-1, Building 2, adjacent to the Commonwealth of Granzi's embassy. If this arrangement is unsatisfactory, do not hesitate to contact us. Construction crews have begun planning your embassy building.

On a further note, we thank the Incorporated States of Sarzonia for the valuable piece of land they have reserved for the Dominion's embassy in the great capitol of Sarzonia, Woodstock. We shall send a delegation to the capitol to view the proposed embassy grounds.

Few events have stirred as much controversy within the halls of Parliament as that offer you made. After a decade of border tensions between Decisive Action and Greenmanbry, you attempt to start a new chapter with the Dominion.

As much as we usually applaud such efforts, your terms simply wreck any chance you have of setting up an embassy within the Dominion's borders. You basically offer to set up a military base within our diplomatic district. Well, we flatly refuse your "offer", Mr. Stahlecker..

Parliament has voted against granting Decisive Action the license to practice their diplomatic duties within our borders. The house voted, 200-0, against your offer, and thus the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are forced to reject your application for an embassy in Greenmanbry.

Only after you agree to abide by our rules, which explicitly state that vehicles are not permitted to incorporate any sort of armament will we be able to reconsider your application.

Ooc- You don't need such measures, you're not hated in DA as much as we are hated in your land. I'll assign two companies of police and one platoon of marines (DA forces) to guard your embassy if you build one in Jackson City. You may keep your forces there as well as long as you go by the guidelines on my DA accepting embassies page.

We would like to establish an embassy in your nation, however we have a few requests:

Limited Diplomatic Immunity--Embassy workers cannot be detained for more than 72 hours or prosecuted without the permission of our Ambassador. This is fairly standard diplomatic policy, and our Ambassador will be from our nation's most respected citizens, and only be authorized to invoke diplomatic immunity under extreme circumstances--massive instability in either of our nations, specific and verifiable threats to the worker in question, or similar circumstances. If diplomatic immunity is invoked, we assure you that we will release the worker to your custody as soon as is safely possible. Again, I highly doubt this provision will ever be needed.

Location of Embassy Compound-- The Inshallid Marines will be in charge of our security, and they have requested that the compound not be located within 100 feet of a subway or other underground transportation line. If possible, we would also like it to be located as far away from airstrips and heliports as possible.

We also want to clarify on the rules of engagement. It is standard procedure that our Marines avoid shooting at targets outside the compound, however, we reserve the right to fire on imminent threats as identified by them. They are trained to consider an "imminent threat" to be any person pointing an object clearly identifiable as a weapon at an individual within the compound or a more powerful weapon at the compound in general. An example of the first type would be a sniper, and an example of the second type would be a person with a rocket launcher. In terms of aerial rules of engagement, we would keep a few MkVIII Shoulder-Launched Surface-to-Air missiles inside the compound, but they would not be even taken out of the weapons locker unless there is imminent danger. Our Marines will be carefully trained in Friend-or-Foe aircraft recognition and will only use the weapons against aircraft or helicopters clearly about to attack the embassy.

This final request is purely your choice and your approval/disapproval will not affect our decision to construct an embassy. In the event of an evacuation of our embassy due to warfare or violent instability in the area of the embassy, we request the Marines may take their weapons on the evacuation helicopters (as protection for our embassy workers from attackers in the event the helicopters are downed).

Regardless of whether you approve our request to construct an embassy, we invite you to establish one in our national capital. We offer you the same terms we request.

Thank you for your time.

Decisive Action - Once again, you do realize that DA is considered a hostile nation by GMB, correct? Your continuous threats to GMB and our allies have elevated your nation to (Threat number 1 to the free world) status. This is not the first time you hear this. GMB has made it very clear to Decisive Action that a DA military buildup in or even near GMB will not be taken lightly.

Do you really believe the Dominion would be trusting enough of its cold war enemy to invite an awesome display of firepower to its Capitol City?. I beg to differ. Either comply with the rules our Ministry has set or give us the green light to create an identical embassy in Jackson City. There is no third option.

You do not trust us. We do not trust you. You hate us. We hate you. You want to bring an awesome display of military power to within a few miles of our President's complex. We want to bring an awesome display of military power all the way to Fabus's front door. Kapeesh?

Excellent, as a token of trust we will allow you to use your own construction crews to build the embassy so long as it is done to the same restrictions as we are doing ours. We will also allow you a single armed helicopter for use if you need to evacuate in saftey, regardless of your restrictions on us.

As for our embassy, we will be sending a few engineers to begin the planning phase. Thus far, we have determined that the embassy will follow traditional design of most, about five floors high, except we will be adding an underground bunker about 50m below the surface and accessible by lifts and stairs. The bunker will have NBC protection and will not extend beyond the boundaries on the surface. This could be omitted if you object, however.

We thank the Shahdom for its generousity. We shall comply with the restrictions we place on the Parthian embassy in Greenmanbry. Also, an armed helicopter will not be needed. However, a couple of civilian Bell Helicopters will be included as part of our embassy transports.

You are allowed to build a bunker with the specifications you proposed. However, we must stress once again that its dimensions must not extend beyond the land alloted for your embassy.

Thank you once again, and we await the arrival of your engineering team.

Ab-shalom and greetings,

It is the desire of the Sultanate of Vastiva to open and maintain strong diplomatic and economic relations with all NATO nations in an effort to strengthen the bonds of alliance.

We therefore offer an exchange of embassies and ambassadors, and a beginning of free trade between our nations.

His Magnificence, The Sultan of Vastiva, has directed that one acre of land be put aside in Sisu Vaari, our capital city, for your usage in building an embassy. He has further directed that a Weyker dome be constructed over the embassy land. This regional technology will allow you to manipulate the climate and conditions within the dome to your preferences.

We make no guarantees of the conditions outside the dome.

We would forewarn you that our land is known for its bitterly cold winters. If our local experts can be of assistance in design or building, they will be made available to you with haste. Local materials will also be made available to you.

It is our sincere desire that this be the beginning of a long and mutually advantageous relationship between our nations.

Go in Peace,

Namaste,

The Bedou would be most pleased to open an embassy with in Greenmanbry, and even more pleased to welcome one in Bedou.
It is the common practice for opening relations to begin for us in the nation Burkina Faso, however given that the Imam Beydoun has attested to the honor and principles of your people we offer an Embassy in the Bedou capital of Southern Sweden.
As well, it would please me to investigate the opening of tourism between our two nations.
May All-h shower His bessings and compassion upon the whole of Greenmanbry.

Very well, the names have been noted. As for our envoy, it consists of Abdullah Aal-Mansoor, a former diplomat of Greenmanbry's Liberal Party, currnetly in-power.

Same here.

Sultan Mohammed bin Al Deeb

We thank the great Sultan Mohammed bin Al Deeb of Bedou for his generousity. As for the embassy exchange, plans for the construction of the Bedou embassy in Al-Salaam, our capital, are underway. As for tourism, we would be glad to invistigate the myriad possibilities that are beneficial to both our nations. We sincerely hope this exchange and tourism discussion will cement the ties between the Nomadic Peoples of Bedou and the Dominion of Greenmanbry.

Namaste,
Raahmid Javani
Grand Vizier,
Humble Servant of His Magnificence, The Sultan of Vastiva

We thank His Magnificence, The Sultan of Vastiva, for his generousity. You are a great ally of Greenmanbry, and your application has been accepted. Construction crews have begun work on the embassy grounds. We await the arrival of your diplomatic envoy. As for the GMB embassy in the Sultanate, we would like to thank you for your Weyker dome, which will undoubtedly prove beneficial for us. Furthermore, we thank you for offering help and local materials. Our envoy is made of people from the Sudan. They will have a hard time adjusting to the climate of the Sultanate. That is why your offer of providing knowledgeable experts to help in the construction phase is gratefully accepted.

Thank you very much.

Ab-shalom and greetings;

As our former embassy was... the subject of a rather unfortunate event, premeditated by natives of your land, which need not be discussed further, Vastiva requests permission to construct a new embassy on the grounds on which its former embassy stood.

Please note, Vastiva has no interest in past events, and no interest in any sort of "balancing act". Our sole interest is in creating a venue which will ease diplomacy and trade between our nations.

We await your response.

RE: The Vastivan embassy in Greenmanbry

I have been instructed by Lord Krekar to convey both his condolences and the condolences of the IDDG as a whole to the Sultan of Vastiva, his government, and his people, for the unfortunate destruction of the Vastivan embassy in Greenmanbry. The IDDG views Vastiva in a most positive light. Indeed, the Sultanate and the IDDG have always been great allies, and it is our sincere wish that we forever remain so.

The plot of land on which the Vastivan embassy stood was secured immediately after the seizure of power. It is still under the protection of the IDDG's authorities. We understand that the Sultanate might want its own construction crews to rebuild the embassy, but it is only fair if the IDDG pays both reparations and expenses. Your construction crews are welcome to land in Greenmanbry whenever you desire. They will be treated with the utmost respect and allowed full access to the embassy grounds.

Once again, we apologize for the loss of Vastivan life in the revolution,

Yours sincerely,
